Thanks for creating this page for us to read and "talk" about our book. I have always wanted us to have discussions about what is happening in our classes in relationship to what the experts in the field have to say about education. If only the people who make the decisions would listen to the people who have to implement them, we would be in better shape to deal with the real issues in education.
Alsom I met Charlotte Danielson in October in Ocean City at the Maryland Educators Convention. She is an incredibly caring woman who really is interested in helping teachers become more effective by helping us to reflect on our practice. I had been told that she would be hard to follow, but I found her to be engaging and warm. I guess she learned from her early presentations in June in PGCPS when she spoke to our county's public school administrators.
